Day Wise Itinerary

1st Day – Bagdogra Airport to Phuentsholing – Pickup
Pick up from Bagdogra,meet and greet on arrival time and night stay Phuentsholing.

2nd Day – Phuentsholing to Thimphu – On the way sightseeing & Transfer
Morning after breakfast and processing permit you will drive to Kharbandi Gumpa/ Milerapa Lhakhang & Drive through spectacular mountain views and peaceful countryside to Thimphu,The capital of Bhutan via Gedu which is located about 9000 ft above the sea and view of Chukha Dam and stopover for photo session at Wankha Waterfalls on arrival at Thimphu check in hotel and Overnight stay in Thimphu hotel.

3rd Day – Thimphu – Thimpu – Dochula – Thimphu
Morning drive to Dochula pass (3,150m) that heralds the most enchanting views of Bhutan. Later drive to Punakha visit Chimmi Lakhang ,PHO CHU & MO CHU River,Punakha Dzong, and Suspension Bridge. Overnight at hotel in Thimphu.

4th Day – Thimphu to Paro – Local Sightseeing & Transfer
Morning drive to visit , HANDICRAFT EMPORIUM,Simply Bhutan,MEMORIAL CHORTHEN,BUDDHA POINT,TAKIN RESERVE CENTREand afternoon drive from Thimphu to Paro sightseeing close to the Wangchu river View in the valley floor through the suburbs and villages of Thimphu to arrive at the river confluence of Chuzom, a hub of road network going to Paro, Haa and Phuentsholing. From Chuzom following Pa Chu river upstream passing Tachogang temple on the other side of the river,and local sightseeing NYA MEY ZAM BRIDGE, RINPUNG DZONG,TIGER NEST VIEW, Overnight stay in Paro.

5th Day Paro to Tiger Nest – TREKKING
After breakfast visit Tiger’s Nest (vehicle will drop you at the parking area & you have to trek your own to Tiger Nest for 6 Hours around ) and back to Paro n/stay.

Morning Paro sightseeing NYA MEY ZAM BRIDGE, RINPUNG DZONG,NATIONAL MUESUM, KICHU LHAKHANG after sightseeing back to phuentsholing and Night Stay.

*PAYMENT POLICY:*
*To confirm a package 30% must be made in advance and remaining balance must be cleared on arrival date*. Only cash or demand drafts, with a 3% charge for credit card payments. Arrival details, such as train/flight number, are required for proper scheduling.
*ABOUT TRANSPORT:*
Vehicles will be provided sector-wise, and if not covered on closing day, additional costs may apply. It is advised to maintain appropriate timing for sightseeing and transfers Transportation will be point to point basis, not disposal basis (Not for entire day, only for sightseeing).
*PACKAGE POLICY:*
The itinerary provided is a suggested tour plan, with the company responsible for only charged services. The company is not obligated to provide or pay for any other suggested services. Hotel check-in and check-out timings are based on the respective hotels. The company is not responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred by guests or passengers. Any claims related to the package must be brought to the company within a week.
*TERMS & CONDITIONS:*
Unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, and sightseeing tours are not refundable or exchangeable. Hotel room allocation depends on availability at check-in. No refunds are offered for unsatisfactory services or amenities. Costs arising from natural calamities, such as landslides, road blockages, and political disturbances, are the responsibility of the guest.
*AMENDMENT:*
Changes to booked tours are considered cancellations, but minor amendments can be made with communication charge.
*REFUND:*
Refunds will be processed by the guest’s booking source and sent via ac payee cheque within 15 days.
NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILISED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.
*PREPONE & POSTPONE:*
Any postponement or cancellation of a tour package must be notified in writing and at least seven days before the scheduled departure date. A fee of INR 3,000 will be added for postponement or postponement.
*CANCELLATION POLICY:*
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax. 30 Days from The Date of Booking: Only Communication Charges Rs.2000 Per Person.
21-30 Days Prior To Departure : 25% Of Tour Cost.
11-20 Days Prior To Departure : 50% Of Tour Cost.
10 Days Prior To Departure : Full Cancellation.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimise the cancellation charges.Pls. feel free to call for any clarification.
